FancyReal Discipline Committee
The Disciplinary and Supervisory Commission is the highest internal oversight body established by FancyReal, responsible for the comprehensive supervision and investigation of integrity, regulatory compliance, and information security within the Group.
Its core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: investigating corruption, bribery, abuse of authority, and other violations of duty; and combating corporate espionage, internal data breaches, and malicious manipulation of information that threatens the security of the company.
The Commission operates with a high degree of independence and has the authority to supervise all departments and subsidiaries across the Group—including concurrent oversight of the Central Executive Council—to ensure integrity and transparency in corporate governance. During investigations and enforcement procedures, the Commission is granted relatively independent powers and procedural autonomy.
The head of the Commission, titled Director of the Disciplinary and Supervisory Commission, is appointed and directly led by the Chair of the Central Executive Council.

(hereinafter referred to as “FancyReal Scientific Research Institute”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang FancyReal Holding Group, serving as the Group’s strategic engine for advanced technology and human-centered scientific exploration.
The Institute is committed to interdisciplinary research that spans multiple critical areas, including—but not limited to—computer graphics, artificial intelligence, immersive computing (VR/AR/MR), visual effects systems, applied optics, biotechnology, materials science, environmental engineering, and future energy.
